• Processing Time:

  • France, Italy & Spain: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days, and delivered within 7 business days.

  • Germany & United States: Orders are processed and prepared within 2 business days, and delivered within 5 business days.

• Out of Stock Notice:

  • If the local warehouse runs out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and coordinate with your preference—whether to cancel the order for a full refund or arrange a delayed shipment.
